Keep using them. Some jobs you'll only see on Handshake, and Coffee To Career can't read it. What you get here is postings from employers' own job boards and public internship lists, each one scored for how well it fits you. A Handshake posting you add by hand sits in the same list.
You can, and it works if you keep it up. The catch is that you type every posting, every date and every follow-up yourself. Here, tapping I want to apply puts the job on your list with its steps, and once you confirm you sent it, the follow-up shows up 7 business days later.
It'll write one, and it might be good, especially if you've given it your resume before. You still have to check every name and number it adds. Here the draft starts from the posting and the resume you've saved, and any name or number the check can't find on your resume or profile gets flagged. It misses some, so read it before you send it.
It does things we can't. A real person reads your resume and runs a mock interview with you, so keep booking those. Coffee To Career covers the days in between: the postings list, a resume copy for each posting, and the notes to people at the companies.
That works for some people. Each application still takes real time, though. Your Today page shows up to 25 postings with a fit of 60 or more, best first, and each job you pick comes with a list of steps to work through before you apply.
Those save typing, and if speed is what you're after, they're good at it. Coffee To Career never types into an employer's form. For Greenhouse and Lever forms it lines up the answers you've saved and lists the questions only you can answer. You paste them in, check them and send it yourself.
